新學年的興奮勁兒還沒退,小學全人部各年級的 UOI 探究課已火力全開!從認識自我身心到關注科技、社區與全球,孩子們正把學習玩出 “新花樣”,在真實探索中解鎖成長新技能~
The school year kicked off with great excitement as each grade level began their first Unit of Inquiry. From exploring our bodies and emotions to tackling technology, communities, and global change, students are already engaging in meaningful learning experiences that connect directly to their lives.

從認識身體部位起步,孩子們即將解鎖 “五感大發現”,分辨健康食物、練出好習慣!游戲、角色扮演齊上陣,把 “如何做選擇” 藏進日常,讓學習和生活無縫銜接。
Grade 1 students jumped into Unit 1 by learning about body parts and how our bodies influence the way we live and make choices. Next, they will investigate the five senses, explore healthy and unhealthy foods, and practice good habits through games, role-play, and discussions. The unit lays an early foundation for making positive choices and connecting learning to everyday life.
Year 2 – How We Express Ourselves
Emotions change how we communicate
開心、生氣、難過時該怎么說?怎么動?孩子們在故事、表演里識別情緒,練習用健康的方式表達感受,越說越自信,越演越懂 “好好溝通” 的秘訣~
Year 2 learners are discovering how emotions shape the way we communicate. They are exploring feelings, noticing how emotions affect words and actions, and expressing themselves through stories, role-play, and reflection. Confidence grows in the classroom as students act out emotions, perform for peers, and practice sharing their feelings in healthy ways.
Year 3 – How We Express Ourselves
People use the arts to express ideas and emotions
音樂、繪畫、戲劇、故事都是 “表達神器”!三年級的小創作者們不僅練口語、敢表演,還會領略不同文化的藝術魅力,在創作中學會共情與合作。
Creative expression takes centre stage in Year 3 as students investigate how people use art, music, stories, and drama to share ideas and emotions. They are building confidence in speaking and performing while also learning to appreciate how cultures express themselves in unique ways. Projects throughout the unit highlight creativity, empathy, and collaboration.
Year 4 – How the World Works
Technology changes how we live
手機、電腦、各種發明到底改變了什么?孩子們一邊討論科技的優缺點,一邊動手做項目,把 “科技與健康” 的思考變成看得見的創意,超有成就感!
Technology is the focus for Year 4 students, who are asking how it changes the way we live, work, and communicate. They are reflecting on the advantages and disadvantages of different inventions and considering how technology impacts health and well-being. Alongside thoughtful discussions, hands-on projects give students the chance to apply their ideas in creative ways.
Year 5 – How We Organize Ourselves
Our actions and contributions influence our communities
什么是負責任的公民?公共空間的安全衛生誰來守護?通過探究與反思,五年級的同學們正尋找為社區出力的小方法,明白 “我的選擇能讓身邊更好”。
Year 5 learners are looking closely at the idea that our actions and contributions influence our communities. They are exploring what it means to be responsible citizens, how safety and hygiene shape shared spaces, and how choices affect others. The unit encourages them to reflect on their own roles in society and find positive ways to contribute.

把自己的興趣和聯合國可持續發展目標掛鉤是什么體驗?六年級的學長學姐們正跟著榜樣的腳步,思考如何用行動給身邊、給世界帶來一點點好改變。
Year 6 students are exploring the idea that pursuing passions and using strengths empowers individuals to create positive change. Building on what they already know about goals and interests, they are now connecting these to bigger concepts such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Students are reflecting on the influence of mentors and role models, and considering how their own actions can make a difference in communities both near and far.
從自我探索到鏈接世界,今年的 UOI 第一課滿是好奇與熱情!跟著孩子們的腳步,期待這場 “探究之旅” 解鎖更多驚喜~
These first weeks of UOI show the energy and curiosity students bring to learning. Each grade level is off to a strong start, setting the stage for an exciting year ahead.
