Jo Anne Bailleux
國際幼兒園外方園長
Jo Anne Bailleux來自美國，擁有美國教師資格證書和國際教師資格證書，先后在美國、法國、中國等國家任教將近20年并有多年的團隊管理經(jīng)驗，多次出席國際幼兒教育學術(shù)研討會，熟悉IB-EYP課程體系，持有美國教育局頒發(fā)的教師資格證書以及國際教師資格證書，在學術(shù)研究及管理方面均有不凡的建樹。她將把美國先進的教育理念和管理模式帶到蘇城外的教學團隊中來。
教育格言：平庸的教師在說教，稱職的教師在解惑，優(yōu)秀的教師在示范，卓越的教師在啟迪。
Jo Anne Bailleux
International Kindergarten Director
International Kindergarten Director Joanne is from the USA with 20 years of experience in the field of preschool and primary school, as well as the team training. She has taught in the United States, France, China and other countries, and attend international conference on early childhood education for several times, she is familiar with the IB - EYP curriculum, and has the Teachers' qualification certificate from the USA and the International teachers' qualification certificate. She has great success in both academic research and management. She will bring advanced American educational philosophy and management strategy to SCFLS.

Michael Kraft
小學部外方協(xié)調(diào)員
Michael Kraft老師，來自南非，持有英國百年名校諾丁漢大學文學碩士學位以及TESOL碩士證書，擁有10年一線教學經(jīng)驗，5年外教團隊管理運營經(jīng)驗，并且對小學IB-PYP項目有著豐富的經(jīng)驗，他是一名教育戰(zhàn)略家，總是希望以創(chuàng)新的方式引領(lǐng)學生成長和進步。

Michael has 10 years of teaching experience, 5 years of international teachers team management and operation experience, and has the degree of Master of Arts from the University of Nottingham and TESOL certificate with rich experience in primary school IB-PYP program. He is an educational strategist who always hopes to lead the growth and progress of students in an innovative way.

Dustin is from Canada, he graduated from Brock University in Canada, majoring in Education. He has more than 4 years' experience in drama teaching. He has organized several wonderful stage performances. He is an artistic teacher who is good at team management and teaching.

Ben is from the UK, he graduated from University of Portsmouth, he has six years experience of teaching in Britain, Thailand and other southeast Asian countries. He has been working in China for three years, and he knows all kinds of international course. Also, he himself is crazy about Chinese culture. In his spare time, Eoin likes to take part in different sports.

Lenn has a Ph.D. of Northwestern International University with more than 19 years of experience in the field of middle school science. He has published many academic articles, and has taught science in many colleges in the United States and many international schools in China. He is familiar with IGSCE, IB MYP/DP programs. His educational philosophy is student-centred, and encourages them to become active participants of learning.

Adam is from the UK, he graduated from Heriot Watt University in the UK with a master's degree in international management. He has CELTA international teacher certificate and has served as IELTS examiner for many times. He has 5 years of teaching experience in Business Management in international schools in China. He has strict requirements on students, and he understands the learning habits and characteristics of Chinese students. Therefore, he is good at teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. In his spare time, he is keen on football and has won the team championship for many times.
