Tina Tao , Learning Centre Deputy Director

Tina Tao, National Psychological Consultant, went to Canada for further study in 2014. She has eight-years’ teaching experience in international schools. She has won the second and third prizes of the National Micro-video Grand Prix. She has published many teaching papers in provincial journals and has been awarded honorary titles such as "Excellent Teacher", "Excellent Educator" and "Student-based Prize". She has won the first prize in the Teachers' Basic Skills Competition and the first prize in the evaluation of excellent courses. Since she was engaged in education, Tina Tao has been advocating life-oriented and engaging class. She believes that only returning to life can teaching promote children's diversified development.

Jacqueline Chen , Primary School English Teacher

Julie Xie,  Math Teacher in Primary School

畢業于北京師范大學小學教育專業。在國際學校工作8年，有著多版本的循環教學經驗，2016年曾赴加拿大進修。獲得國家微視頻大獎賽“二等獎”、“三等獎”，在省級期刊多次發表教學論文，多次被評為 “學科拔尖人才”、“教學能手”、 “優秀教師”等榮譽稱號。從教二十多年，主張多元思維教學，喜歡讓學生說理，因為說理是思維的延伸，能夠開啟學生無限的意識，讓他們在學習的路上走得更遠。

Julie Xie, the senior teacher in primary school, graduated from Beijing Normal University. This “QingLan” Project provides good foundation for new teachers to adapt to teaching and working environment quickly and speed up the pace of professional growth. It also provides a platform for teachers in primary school to learn from each other and develop together. With the joint efforts from both sides, we believe that young teachers will quickly develop and make contributions to the development of the school.
